The standard (flexible) rate allows free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. The non-refundable rate is offered at a lower price, but no refund is possible under any circumstances.

You can modify your booking at any time while its status is confirmed and before check-in — there is no deadline restriction. Fees may apply: shortening your stay within 48 hours of arrival incurs a penalty equal to the first night's value on the removed portion. The rate policy per room (standard or non-refundable) is final and cannot be changed after booking. Logged-in users manage their stay via their account; guests without an account use the secure link in their confirmation email.
No. The city tax is not included in the amount paid online. It is collected directly at reception during check-in.
In the event of early departure after check-in, all reserved nights remain due regardless of the rate chosen. No refund is granted for unused nights.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date: for a standard rate, a penalty equal to the first night is charged; for a non-refundable rate, the full amount is due.
A secure management link is included in your confirmation email. It allows you to view, modify, or cancel your booking without an account. If you have lost this email, you can recover access via the booking recovery page on our site.

The hotel is served by Metro line 3: Louise Michel (5 min walk), Anatole France (7 min walk), and Porte de Champerret (10 min walk). Bus lines 53 and 94 stop at Mairie de Levallois (1 min walk). Paris-CDG airport is approx. 35 min by car or via Metro line 3. Paris-Orly is approx. 40 min.

Create a free account and book direct on our site. Every euro spent (room and breakfast) earns points. Direct bookings earn a 2× bonus. Depending on your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), cashback ranges from 2% to 3%.
Points are credited automatically after your check-out, once the stay is complete. They are not awarded at the time of booking, to prevent fraud.
Once you reach 2,000 points (value ≈ €2), you can deduct them from your next booking, up to 20% of the total amount.
